Knock lock reset

my knock lock reset if use reset on uno board, not switch on breadboard. understanding knockval not reseting 0 once switch pressed. tried adding "int knockval = 0" reset loop, had no effect on cct.

hi, please explain project , doing, picture of project too.

at moment have no idea of problem or trying achieve.
