I can't upload program to Arduino

hello,

i've arduino pro mini 328p. programmator avrispmkii.
i've configured software using tutorial: http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=118089.0.
all seems ok, when try upload program device, progress bar stopping can see on picture.
i press shift button when try upload.

can please ?

i've got same problem: pro mini 328p , avr isp mkii.
