Can't Download

hello,
at download center nothing happens:

1. double checked both, items mentioned regarding: ie tools > ie options > security > internet enabled "signed active x" & "...plug ins"

2. administrator account

3. tried firewall off "za pro", + other security off

i still cannot download, flash 9 -- current flash identified 6.x

is there alternate way download?
what (exactly) should deleted prior to, installing new player?
