Using TCRT5000 to trigger fans

my project involves 2 tcrt5000. when first 1 triggered (aka value of analog reading on 1000), start fan. fan run until second tcrt5000 triggered , released, meaning gain value on 1000 below 1000 make fan stop.

i have 2 setups , want them both run independently off of same arduino. how go doing this!? don't know start.

do have schematic wire them arduino?  start there.
