Not recoding java script

i have been trying trial version of captivate application work with. menus in application not being recorded captivate. idea on how enable captivate record these java script menues?

are these menus chance menus appear when moused on without requiring mouse click? if so, captivate never recognize them. recognizes mouse clicks , keystrokes. overcome this, need supplement recording liberal use of print screen key force captures. snag first capture, mouse on item want appear , press print screen snap second. if menu has another, mouse again , print screen.
