filter recordset based on cookies

hi all,
i storing id's of records choosen user in cookie.
values stored following:
lb41 = 41
lb441 = 441
lb442 = 442 , on

i want filter recordset based on cookie values, records
with id in cookie such 41, 441 , 442.. filtered ,
mailed user.

the missing part filtering of database.

any hint tutorial or highly appreciated.
