change the auto-shutdown time

hi, new member. electronic enthusiast , recently  bought esr transistors tester http://www.ebay.com/itm/221390825755?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2648&sspagename=strk%3amebidx%3ait  have used day or 2 , think ok in general auto shutdown feature (25 seconds) driving me crazy. understand feature extend battery life don't care @ all. use tester looking defective components on troubleshooting jobs. wonder if there out there me turn off feature or extend 25 seconds longer time. appreciate help.

perhaps there is, chances of finding them on arduino forum slim none. suggest ask vendor, or manufacturer, or forum closely related use of type of instrument.
