Help Needed on implementing sub domain usage - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi everyone

i hope right place post here predicament.

i looking set joomla site have done many times in past. wanting though create page form on asks user input several different fields when allows them start building own website, when website complete information have put in displayed on subdomain of choice.

e.g if user fills in required information have choose domain name steve.mydomainname.com , becomes own website them promote.

if thinks can on best way go , if possible joomla please let me know.
