Basic FLV question

can please me. wish stream flv files using flash media
server 2. have installed program @ loss how
to things work.



for instance. put flv files. , how access them
within flash?



let me explain. have set flash media server use dedicated ip
address. example 90.90.90.90 have created separate folder within
the applications folder of fms2 called folder1 , within there
separate folder _definst_ , within folder have put our video file.
video.flv - these on our dedicated hosting server.



now when using flash 8 on our standalone development computer. try
import video. select deployed option. seems
appropriate. whatever enter results in failure load flv.



we have tried rtmp://90.90.90.90/folder1/video.flv



help.. do.

appreciated.


hey there, try leaving off .flv extension when enter path flv. example: rtmp://www.weburban.com/testmovies/mymovie
