HX711 - Power & Logic lines question
hello,
i using 3.3 voltage chip interface hx711 chip, power hx711 chip 5 volts. have looked @ data lines coming out using multimeter , doesn't seem go above 3.3 volts it's hard tell digital multimeter.
on datasheet see 100 resistors on data lines.
my question guys think device safe communicate 3.3 volt system?
here datasheet: http://www.dfrobot.com/image/data/sen0160/hx711_english.pdf
thanks help,
cameron.

according datasheet, dvdd connected same power supply mcu.
thus, if applying 5v dvdd, using 3.3v mcu, using in manner contrary manufacturers specifications, , shouldn't that.
under power supply options, states avdd, analog supply voltage, can higher dvdd, , vise versa.
so...
you should able use it, you've got have 5v on avdd , 3.3v mcu power supply on dvdd. sure you've wired else right, of course - read "power supply options" section in data sheet.
