Cant see entire site

new dreamweaver. made 3 page site. trying publish , not sure if working ok using smartftp publish it. home page comes fine no matter can't other 2 pages come when press buttons or links. files there don't know whats going on. when page first opens buttons there mouse on them disappear. suggestions?
