chm documentation? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i must notice popularity of php programming language not comming it's simplicity only,
it must greate documentation.most noticable php manual in chm format sets standard
for high quality information repository.with features function tree browsing , like, able
to find fast , use it.

is there similar variant joomla around.i new joomla development , trying find
a way minimize learning curve needed comprehend system.

this unlikely happen joomla! 1.0.x branch.

however, on to-do list joomla! 1.5.  in effect chm version of http://api.joomla.org/.  pdf version on to-do list.  both hampered amount of effort take phpdocumentor deliver acceptable results.  happen though.
