which arduino to use ,suggestion for clock / calendar

i have few hdsp-2531 amber smart displays, , wanting make self updating clock calendar.
i sure arduino work, use smallest possible.

also later on may want install empty bay in desktop. maybe can source self updating ability? have little knowledge of code, electronics.

any suggestions , or appreciated, thanks.

oh, forgot mention want use 2 of these displays,  1st 1 time, , 2nd 1 date/year

what planning on using source of date/time display?

the arduino not able on own, need real time clock such one provide accurate date , time.  can read date/time board using arduino , i2c communications.
