missing browser scroll bars

i've been reading forums long time find answers dreamweaver questions, first post... i'm hoping can me out. had re-work part of site else created. number of reasons had use frames page. know, know, hate frames , of can tell. didn't have of choice. anyway, got working , browser scroll bars missing. don't have idea did got rid of them or how put them back!
