compiling open_nfc_driver.ko - Raspberry Pi Forums
hi,
has been able compile open_nfc driver on raspbery pi 2 version b, debian 4.1.10-v7+ compiling on actual device (i.e. not cross compiled using windows pc). if so, can provide instructions. using direct connected i2c nfc module using nxp pn533 controller. (http://www.nxp.com/documents/short_data ... 33_sds.pdf).
note not using nxp spi dev board commonly referred in forum.
following porting guide either missing steps or not consider pi special case. (http://open-nfc.org/documents/man_nfc_0 ... 0guide.pdf)
have enabled i2c , updated , upgraded pi. hace copied core local home drive , cam compile every other utility on linux subtree on local device. have installed kernel source 4.1.10-v7+
not clear on how initiate build open_nfc_driver.ko driver.
have tried both lkm model , static method in porting guide.
sure work once understand how configure environment , launch build command on local device.
regards
