Can this be done without frames?

hi there,
i trying create page needs open outside site (our
supplier's site - http://www.thecorporatechoice.com/ ) in main frame ,
then put navigation buttons , our contact info on top of page
(which server).

i have diagram of want @

if could, able swap outside suppliers' sites -
have 2 primary suppliers.

is there way accomplish without using frames (a table maybe)?
have dreamweaver 8.

no. furthermore, when bring in outside site, bring in
navigation too, flummox visitors.
