i want start arduino, ordered arduino uno r3 (not clone) cca 23 euros. so, need begin? can write me useful electric components , shields beginning?

any starter kit do.
you should have asked before, because have saved money (at least shipping) ordering kit includes uno.

to give best answer, best question has asked.
what goals arduino ?
