Verity unstable and permissions errors

our scheduled task purge/reindex stopped working. verity deleted collections supposed index. ws folder filled up. followed instructions in technote below clear ws. after recreating collections verity deleted, , attempting re-index following errors in logs. verified account under service runs has "modify" permission in windows. idea why errors in log?

coldfusion technote: coldfusion mx 7: indexing verity collection fails path not found error


i forgot mention coldfusion returned error in browser: "general failure (-2)"
