Thread: Custom default permissions possible?


i wondering; when make new folder or paste files, these default permissions: owner (you) full access. user group read-only access. others read access too. happens time.

possible set other permissions default? if create folder or paste file, these permissions: owner (you) full access. user group , others no access.

gconftool-2 --type bool --set /apps/nautilus/preferences/show_advanced_permissions true
after when right click on folder>properties>permissions able set permissions want gui.
