Frame Hell

hi all,
i'm helping friend site else designed. designer has flown coop , found, , i'm having near impossible time problem. site can found @ http://www.grovepashley.com/new/gp_index.html , built using frames. middle frame has series of thumbnail images , when click on them larger version of image appears in bottom frame. have added thumbnails in dw , uploaded page server changes aren't visible online. tried deleting page server , uploading again, still no updates occur.
can see simple i'm missing? appreciated.
