Reccomendations for laser/cnc cut acrylic service?
hey guys,
i'm working on project i'm going need first 10, 100 11x11" sheets of 1/8" acrylic cut.
i'm not sure if laser or cnc cutting less expensive, i'm on budget, if 1 going half cost of other, quality of cuts isn't good, i'd prefer cheaper service. base plate it's not going seen much.
each sheet have 6 holes screws, 2 sd card size slots, , square holes dc jack , rocker switch. in center, there need 'grill' holes screws @ corners, behind mounted small speaker.
the speaker portion add cost. right it's fancy design oval shapes, might make cheaper cut lot of smaller holes.
i'm not looking random suggestions; know how use google.
what i'm looking reviews who've used particular services , been happy results or might have idea of cost difference between cnc , laser cutting panels this.
i'm not sure format they'll want data in, able create design in eagle since that's know , i'll have board right there reference. think places want dxf, though maybe can accept gerbers? i'm not sure if can export dxf form eagle, that's still need into.

file type depends upon cutting service provider.
find them first , ask , job quotes free.
im in uk not helpful , have used 2 or 3 suppliers without problem.
