Multiple Problems - Any help for a newbie?

ok, totally new embedding progressive video html. using dreamweaver insert flash video. file size large insert .swf directly.

1. when use dreamweaver insert progressive flash video, video transparency not working. when video ends, want background image display in entirety. see background image surrounding video while playing want see entire image once video finishes. note: able background image display when inserted .swf file (not using progressive download) directly page , set wmode parameter transparent.

2. not want skin display. think dreamweaver putting there. no thanks!!!

3. finally, want video fill entire space. not know why not. specified height , width of video same exact size of table cell.

i know alot lose mind , appreciate help!
