Joomla 1.5 or Joomla 1.0 Which one to use? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

we(me , couple of friends) have decided launch website following functionalities, students in college

1. publishing notes of professors , students
2. interview preparation material different subjects
3. sample tests based on flash
4. forum discuss interesting projects, subjects
5. lot of articles different subjects

after doing analysis, decided use joomla our cms. joomla 1.5 seems have lot of improvement on joomla 1.0.(caching, modular cluster support, aolish ips). know when possible expect joomla 1.5 out production use.

this base our development on joomla 1.5. plan go production june 2007, before site running beta tag, limited users. whether 1.0 or 1.5 customizing joomla lot!.

we start. please advice us.
