Installed but not installed

ive installed flash player on computer, not work got download complete flash when go on website , try use flash not work.
please help.
lamo supramo.

i had same problem , fixed it. here did:

1. close programs
2. open browser
3. on tool bar, select tools
4. select internet options
5. click security tab
6. set security lowest
7. click apply
8. click ok , close browser
9. reopen browser , go sight aol gold rush , ask permission use player
10. yes
and there go :)
