Dreamweaver, stop touching my framesets!

ok, here's puzzles me. i've files framesets. seem incorrect dreamweaver, dreamweaver 'corrects' me , disables me 'uncorrect' it. excuse me, building website , dreamweaver stupid (as in: non-sentient) program, programmers believe should think me?

another nice thing working frames. have 2 files: index.php, 2 frames, , frameset.php, 2 frames also. frameset.php in 1 of frames of index.php. however, no matter file of both wish open in dreamweaver, dreamweaver seems believe wish open frameset.php!!! when open index.php, show index.php title in tab, shows content of other file. now, dreamweaver should not aware of fact these 2 files have eachother, , if does, give me options related 'intelligence', or don't try detect such things.

i guess should bug-report. hoping latest version have fixed these stupidities, apparently not case. should go this? knows?

turn off aut-correction in preferences-->code rewriting.

when open frameset, dw opens it's frames in design view.
if wish edit frameset file, dw menu-->modify-->frames-->edit
noframes content.

on dw opening wrong file- guess 1 of "errors" dw
seeing in frameset code.
