Expanding Text shows up as links

i have odd going on. use roboengine , publish projects together. majority of projects show expanding text produced using glossary hotspot wizard correctly, handful showing terms expanded text links. color of terms being displayed correctly red, ones showing links blue , underscored. procedure projects same when i'm running glossary hotspot wizard. comments or suggestions?
