Garanzia Arduino?

ciao ragazzi, mi è appena arrivato l'arduino uno... purtroppo il dispositivo non viene riconosciuto dalla porta usb...
non vorrei aver fatto danni nel giro di trenta secondi! sapete se sostituiscono ? le ho provate tutte

hai installato driver? che sistema operativo usi?
