Unable to send e-mail cards

have new computer , have installed windows spyware stopper, avast! virus protector, , zone alarm firewall. had 3 of these on old computer , had no problem e-mail cards. jacquielawson (greeting cards) tech suport suggests adobe flash reader may causing problem have uninstalled adobe , has not solved probl;em. advice 82 year old neophyte?

i think have explain more clearly:

1) trying
2) should happen
3) happens instead
4) error messages receive.

be specific possible. otherwise (and others) don't understand question.
