Tutorial for developing with cache functionality - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i can not seem find documentation or tutorials using built in cache system in joomla 1.0.11 when developing components.

could point me in right direction?

your post has gone unanswered time guess no-one aware of help.  think best bet delve joomla! source code.  have @ cache system , @ how joomla! utilising it.  learn perhaps report findings in thread.  i'm sure others have similar problem.
