Arduino board issue

i new arduino, wanna know if sketch written arduino-uno, can upload on arduino mega 2560 in case of arduino midi drums. here have given sketch link -

can't see phone uno sketch work fine or mega if not may take little modification can defiantly done.

also
a mega sketch harder convert uno.
