Thread: Ubuntu is not detecting my ETS1201 wireless CDMA(USB) modem


i'm using ubuntu 9.04. not detecting ets1201 wireless cdma(usb) modem.

tried, wvdial. telling "the device /dev/ttyusb0 not exists". tried lsusb /dev/ttyusb*. result again negetive.

should do? please me...... can use mknod command create /dev/ttyusb0 device file? if how? how minor , major number of modem?

i'm newbie in world of linux.

disconnect usb modem , post output of command

code:
lsusb
then connect , post output of same command.
