[SOLVED] No audio using A/V cable in Raspberry Pi 2 Model B - Raspberry Pi Forums

i bought raspberry pi model 2 , installed raspbian on micro sd card.
have hdmi output connected vga converter , adjusted resolution monitor. nice image.

trying audio camcorder cable: trrs jack connected rasp pi , rca plugs connected amplifier. i've swapped video (yellow) plug right audio (red) plug pointed in viewtopic.php?p=714304#p714304

i've been using same cable connected same amplifier sound in pc , works fine.
i've tried connecting old set of pc speakers directly raspberry pi jack, no sound either. speakers work fine when connected pc.

hints how troubleshoot audio problem? i've made sure in raspbian audio settings , in alsamixer parameters correct.

i fixed command:

code: select all

# amixer cset numid=3 1
this command changes default hdmi sound ouput jack output
