want project video output can display images , text full screen on video output , being able things rotate, scale, position of image/video.

want https://youtu.be/cpjcaaeofcu used raspberry pi in product possible.

best place start. run terminal if possible

my software info-beamer pi can that. it's scriptable toolbox building visualizations. runs terminal , uses opengles display videos, images , text (among other things). videos end in "texture objects", can rotate/scale/translate them before draw them screen. since requires bit of memory bandwidth (video decoding → texture → draw gl surface → render screen), it's smooth 720p videos. let me know if have questions.
