Pin0 and Pin1 to computer USB

hello everyone,

i know question sound basic one, new world , hope can here. tried make research myself, information found confusing me.

i using arduino uno r3 project , need send serial data arduino computer's usb, since arduino has installed on rotating platform have use slip-ring , have 2 wires available on it.

i thinking use pin0 (rx) , pin1 (tx) serial communication, bring signal "stationary world" through slip-ring, connect 2 wires directly usb's d+/d-, , computer.

i wanted know if possible, or if need kind of adaptor (i have been reding lot usb serial converter, didn't understand if have use it).

thanks lot help,

andrea

only 2 wires ? think not enough.
the usb wires , serial rx , tx wires different, there converter modules convert 1 other. search ebay for: serial ttl usb module.

can tell more ?
do want update sketch in arduino uno, while on rotating platform ? guess not.
do want send serial data arduino computer ? possible. 1 wire ground, other wire tx arduino. such converter module in stationary world convert tx usb computer.
