GPRS APN, login and password - what is mine?

i have arduino uno , gsm/gprs shield giffgaff sim card (on o2 network?).  have sent texts , made phonecalls, when came gsm web server example, need apn, login , password provider.  have found couple of different lots of details, repeatedly getting 'not connected' message.  due apn etc. being wrong or what?  if apn ect?  please excuse ignorance.
