first want i'm complete newbie robohelp.
i working robohelp creating html help. i'm importing information .mif files. have 5 different framemaker books reuse of same graphics. when installed robohelp , converted first set of .mif files, graphics came in perfectly. ever since graphics appear blank boxes. can remove of projects have , reimport , still comes across blank boxes.
i've searched forums, here , other groups, , i've seen similar questions. dealt linking graphic manually , not importing document. answer other questions graphics appear blank boxes make sure graphic used in topic. in case used in topics, still not appear in topic images directory.
if uninstall robohelp , reinstall it, can 1 conversion. leading me believe maybe robohelp looking outside of project directory graphics. thinking maybe if delete existing graphics , import mif files html graphics reappear. don't know why else uninstalling , reinstalling work. sound plausible? if so, know directory might be? i've looked in robohelpoffice>>robohtml>>gallery>>images directory (using windows), haven't seen graphics imported anywhere.

update: uninstalling , reinstalling robohelp no longer works. can't graphics import correctly @ now. of graphics in anchored frames robohelp suggests checking.
