curved text

how achieve curved text affect? want text curve upwards,
such inside bottom of circle...

if write text , attach circle shape adds outside not
the inside, curving wrong way...

once attached circle, go 'text \ reverse direction' ,
will move inside of circle. adjust kerning , alignment
to need it.

alternately, use pen tool to create curved path
shape need instead of starting circle.
