Cannot publish to Breeze

hi - hoping 1 of lend me expertise.
i trying publish captivate (ver 1.1) quiz breeze server - consists of regular question slides , interactive slides. can preview file okay. when try , publish breeze error message:

server error: 500 response id=a has no descriptoin

this strange every other captivate file have seems publish fine. redoing slides last resort took quite long - has else ever experienced or similar?
tia help

i once saw problem too. problem in question slide had answer option without description. project having same thing ?
i used images in place of text , removed text answer option, problem occuring. add text answer options rectify problem
