AkoComment not showing up in the frontend - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

after moving 5 sites new server on last few days, , having similar issues sites, , plaguing techs @ webhost - they've said access issues i'm having known issues latest install of joomla (.12). latest on clean install of joomla , clean install of akocomment. seems install fine, configurable backend, doesn't show in front end. tried selecting "use individual bot command" , got noshow on frontend.
if select "choose sections below" , select 1 section, again noshow. if select more 2 sections, frontend dies:
