Upgrade OK, but my module images no longer work. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

can me resolve little problem?

i have upgraded 1.0.12 1.0.11 , site @ http://www.twistedear.com. if @ bottom of page you'll see there code: recent posts in forum

there used image there - put html title of module , fine. same has happened related items. presume upgrade has worked every single version of joomla i've used.

does have idea how fix that, please?
