Color coding in Dreamweaver MX

hello: on home machine when open cf or html code in dreamweaver mx 2004 education, don't have color!
i went preferences-->code coloring-->coldfusion , set colors appropriately. still no color, pl help.

i don't have copy of mx04 still around check, dw8 has menu
item: view->code view options->syntax coloring controls it.
