Thread: Biotux needs contributors!

i'm working on open source , free 2d game project. name's biotux, , it's mix/clone of supertux , new super mario bros. know supertux, nsmb redone mario bros production 3d rendered "smooth" graphics, touch screen capabilities ds, , altered storyplot.
thread here wants out- name in credits- or can't wait supertux longer (lol, thats me if is!)

here's main areas need in:

-backgrounds (this tough part, have scrollable (i.e if placed 2 of them side-by-side need have no obvious "middle" or in other words link 2 of them unnoticeably. (see attachment 1)
need right of volcanoes , forests if possible. , suggest using pixarra twistedbrush free edition if use windows, gimp if use linux.
edit: novashell not have have repeating backgrounds... can make image large level if want to. (that lets level lot more flexible)
-sprite images (probably time consuming because there many needed. part let creativity go , make whatever (try keep realistically near or in forest such jaguar balled spiralling out of tree, monkey throwing coconuts , on) keep in mind have draw image every action do, in (supertux/data/images/shared directory if have one.)
-programming
* sighs * least "volunteer" attractive area unfortunately it's 1 i'm lacking in. using novashell right build game; has amazing "physics" effects (i.e. if kick bucket @ top flip gracefully , bounce around when lands. realistic. other specifications platform-independent (as games,) free, [strikeout]and uses same libraries (clanlib) supertux does.[/strikeout] remembering flexlay... please check out; can develop basic game , post link uploaded somewhere if want to. i'll @ post, , if it's good, might choose it. thanks!
- ideas story , how game should work
this other ideas have- control keys what, should resolution high or low, if tux should find penny in end, idea.

hrmm, doesn't seem enthusiasm out there- i'll post screenshots of development version in hour or so- (sorry i'm using of old sprite images testing purposes, haven't gotten finished new ones )
