PHP Startup Errors

when try run pages on our new server (windows server 2003). several dll errors saysing php can't load 20 of them extensions folder. check extension_dir path , full path ("c:\php\ext\"). dll's in folder. php pages not run until press ok errors server itself. php runs normal until person tries access pages.

any suggestions? using dreamweaver mx 2004 create php pages.

i far expert on windows servers, sys admins know recommend against running php on windows server in production environment.
