Backing up Entire SD Card Without Eating Up Space - Raspberry Pi Forums

hello,
want make backups of entire sd card. i've used win32 disk image, creates .iso files large sd card (16gb) though there 2gb of material on card max. there more space-efficient way entire card, , still able create bootable images later?

not using windows, no.

using linux, yes. using raspberry pi, yes.

there have been quite few posts it. should able find useful guidelines search. tip: don't use forum search box, it's not good. use normal internet search site , in search query include term "site:raspberrypi.org" limit searches site.
