Real Time Clock

hi
i have put 24 hour clock put in radio shack dmd (dot matrix display) freetronics uno , tinyrtc bought off ebay.
problem clock gains 1.5 minutes day. know not lot of gain make accurate possible.
not sure if programming or there problem rtc.
have included sketch if have , tell me have gone wrong.

any appreciated.
