Unexpected error

i have upgraded robohelp version x3 version x5.0.1 , not able generate winhelp 4 output. when compiling following error occurs: winhelp wizard encountered unexpected error when attempting generate winhelp". option press ok , compiling stops. diagnostic reports shows errors , did not have problems in former version. suggestions ?

if has started since installing x5 suspect 2 things.

first have been menu , applied updates?

more though think actual installation. rh installed person using logon? if was, incorrect , not work. must installed using logon admin rights attached @ time of installation. there's full topic on site.
