ultimate ldap dummy - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

i'd know if can assist me getting ldap , running.

i'm running version joomla! 1.0.8 stable [ sunshade ] 26-feb-2006 05:00 utc , using ldaphack.
so far i've created authenticator , think know parameters should set apparently need disable joomla's integrated authentication mechanism (see http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,67732.0.html). main problem, have no idea how it. in fact have no idea of how ldaphack fits big picture. has managed solve enigma?

hi wessie, cant ldap problem, running joomla 1.0.8 , has major security holes in it. think should consider upgrading @ least 1.0.11 preferably 1.0.12 , sort out ldap problem.
