composite plug does not fit - Raspberry Pi Forums

i trying use composite video output , have purchased cable 3.5 jack plug on end , 3 phonos on other. having trouble pushing jack plug socket on rpi board, very tight , worry damaging board, not happy has gone home. removal harder. same plug fits audio socket. have tried other plugs , fit audio socket not video socket.
doing stupied or these video sockets problems. hard believe have 1 off have been unable find else same problem. note rpi model b , purchased 2 or 3 years ago.

its 3.5mm plug, should fit 3.5mm jack fine.
a/v jack see if blocking it.
