IE7 and Web Player - Invalid File Version
we've been happily running web-based version of our safety orientation program on web last month few troubles. (web player 2004, authorware ver 7.2)
yesterday, 1 of our customers came one.
conditions:
xp sp2
p4 @ 1.8g & 1 g ram
ie 7.0 (installed yesterday) authorware web player (installed
yesterday)
error dialog box:
invalid file version...for each file:
odbc.u32
winapi.u32
winctrls.u32
of course, works others using xp sp2 , ie ver 4, 5, 6, 6.1,
etc. he's person know that's tried ie 7. don't have
that on yet test against, hoping else may have run against this?
from our manifest file,
bin win32 "odbc.u32" "odbc.u32" length=57344
bin win32 "winctrls.u32" "winctrls.u32" length=258048
bin win32 "winapi.u32" "winapi.u32" length=182784

are sure you're aam file references custom local manifest? when
the plugin loads watch ie7 status bar see files
coming from. though might pointing local manifest maybe
it's goign elsewhere?
