Desolder Pins?

hello. bought wiznet w5100 breakout module sparkfun (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9473#comment-53eecc60757b7f37518b4567) , remove of header pins can solder on own wires. there 2 sets of 2x10 pins. have approach on how remove pins without braid or flux? idea heat plastic on pins, remove plastic, , pop each pin out individually, wondering if had better idea. thanks!

removing plastic , indivual pins best way.
